Multiple default tax options

Living in a city with a separate tax from the state sales tax it is impossible to have both taxes set up as default. I can do this by combining the taxes as 1 tax, but then reporting does not separate the taxes. It would be nice if we were able to have the ability to have default applied & line items of 2 separate taxes.
The growing trend of cities, municipalities, etc. with their own taxes would make this seem like a no brainer and shouldn't be a difficult addition

    Currently, we have to select/deselect taxes inside of the "Default Taxes" set whenever we go/return to our headquarters. It's maddening that Clover thinks if you're selling even once or twice at a new place you need to have a separate MID and pay more monthly fees. We've suffered with this for over two years and are considering moving to a more mature POS solution that can handle even the most basic sales tax situations like this.
