Currently order types force you to choose a default. I would like to have the option to not have a default order type so that the cashier is forced to choose, thereby minimizing errors being sent to the kitchen.

For example, if the default is "Dine In" it's too easy for a drive thru order to get mislabeled if the cashier forgets to choose Drive Thru as an order type. This causes wasted food and/or wasted packaging.

No need to make it complicated, just need an option to NOT have a default order type so that cashiers are forced to choose before they can proceed with the order.
