Better outage and system degradation reporting
The two outages have caused significant business impact. While outages cannot always be avoided, the most up to date information available should be communicated to all affected by the outage. On 3/11/23 we had an outage that has lasted five hours, yet status.clover.com reports there is "system degradation but all systems are operational". Systems are not operational, and there is very limited information on predicted time to restore system.
There is no official social media communications except for a lot of clover businesses that are telling people to avoid clover.
Bots are fairly easy to set up and post on social media, and being truthful about the type and extent of the outages will prevent a lot of customer service complaints, including losing significant business to other competitors.
