We are unable, in Canada, to change from automatic closeout to manual closeout. Why??? This needs to change as our office closes different days and times/hours. With this set on Automatic closeout, we get a "grayed out" icon that we cannot closeout, therefore, we cannot get our daily totals so we can balance at the end of the night. We need to record our Visa/Mastercard/Debit totals on our own spreadsheet to determine if we balance with Clover. When is this going to be fixed in Canada? If it's available in other Countries, it should be available in Canada. We ONLY installed Clover system because it was integrated with our billing software, Clinic Master. Had I'd known it's limitations (this is not the only one), I would have not signed up for Clover and would have stuck with Moneris. Please fix the automatic closeout to manual closeout for Canadian users.
