REMOVE ALL TAXES OPTION

I have bottle deposits listed as one of the tax rates (I do not see another way to do deposits). Now we have 12 different tax rates. (See Below).

Sales Tax

Wines do not have deposits so I would like an option to turn OFF all other tax rates with one button because currently I have to uncheck all of the rates on each new item I add.
