Better Batch Options
Allow merchant to
1. Close their batch through the dashboard.
2. Provide them information on their expected funding time based on when they batch and their time zone.
3. Let the merchant use this information to set their OWN auto-batch time, or to switch their batching to manual.
lately if a batch was set to close at 10:00 P.M. the batch was closing at 9:35.
I've had this happen to 2 merchants in the past month. You call support and they can't explain it. you can call 10 times and get 10 different answers.
They also claim they can't set the minutes only the hour. Again, i called 3 diffferent times and got 2 different answers. When i asked how come it was closing the batch before the set time they said it wasn't even though the merchant called saying it and it was confirmed with my Card Connect contact person. Not making sense. Please fix this or let the merchant set the batch close time.
