NEW Employee Sales Report - Number of Transactions per Employee
Recently Clover released a new version of the Employee Sales Report under Reporting. The previous employees report showed the total number of transactions ran that day per employee. This was helpful for my retail merchants for a number of reasons. One in particular was so they can calculate their employees average ticket size.
Strangely enough the New Employee sales report does show the average ticket size but it is only available and viewable on the Employee Sales Report in the Dashboard. not on the devices :(
That being said a vast majority of my retail merchants noticed the change immediately and have been requesting that the Employees Sales Report shows the Average Ticket Sales on both the Dashboard and the Devices. Additionally they are asking to immediately bring back the number of transactions per employee. This was very useful information for retail stores so it seems a little strange to have removed it.
Thanks

This impacts how we reward our employees, we need to know the daily average of their own sales & how many people/customers they have personally helped.

I really don’t like this new report. I need to see the number of transaction that every employee ring out of the day. And this new version of Report Print very long wasting paper and I have no way to check the number of transaction every employee checked out of the day.

Last week, your update removed "Number of Transactions" under the Employee Reporting. As a retailer I use Number of Transaction to manage my business. It the second most important item next to total sales. I use it to see how many customers were in my store making a purchase, i use it to see how busy a clerk was during day, i use it to calculate average $ per transaction. Its very important to managing retail business. Can you please consider adding it back? Thank you.
