We are a brewery that sells many merchandise items, clothing, hats, sweatshirts, glassware etc. Of the items we sell: beers, cans of to-go beer, glassware, signs, growlers etc. we can add an inventory number to the item, which subtracts from the inventory when we sell that item. This works perfectly for our inventory tracking, showing the total number of the items still in inventory after each day.

    For clothing items this system is not helpful or useable as it will show the number of total shirts, not what is needed, the inventory number of each different size of the shirts.…

  2. Why is there a save button if it is gray scaled and you cannot click. If changes are made in real time there is no need for a save button.

  3. add option to hide any single or multiple buttons on the print/email receipt screen after transaction. also the ability to set a limit on how many times the print button will print a receipt. (10 presses results in 10 printed receipts) Currently there is only the option to not display the screen or display the screen.

  5. Clover has removed the feature of 86ing an ONLINE item from the POS screen since the last update. Now, the only way to do it is on the dashboard. We loved the feature and one of the reason, we started using online orders via clover. Please bring the option back, so we can control availability of online items on POS

    i have created a 50 Flavors item

  10. In Receipt delivery for New Sale, we require to send emails to multiple recipients. I tried to put ; between emails and it did not work. This was possible in Payeezy. Please add this feature or take care of this bug ASAP, so I can continue using Clover. Thank you

  11. I just migrated from Payeezy to Clover today, and found that there are missing some important function such as "Quick key" under POS in Payeezy. My company has a lot of automate credit card transactions from the members, and we process twice a month to upload a csv file under "quick key" to Pzyeezy so that Payeezy will generate the transactions for me. Clover doesn't have this option to me and make me may use up the whole day to enter the transactions individually. Can you add the "quick key" to Clover ASAP?

    1. There is no way to receive notifications of bounce-backs on bad email addresses.
    2. I have reach out to the Engineering Team in regard to email bounce back, At this time Clover does not have that feature but we are able to but in an Enhancement request.

    1. Cannot search by invoice.
    2. At this time clover does not have the ability to search by invoice number, you can only search by Customer Name, Email or Phone Number.

    1. Reminder messages – have limitations – cannot be copied and sent from original invoice to sender. Only can use the Virtual Terminal to send.
    2. At this time Clover does not have that feature but we are able to submit an enhancement request in regard to creating that feature in a later update

  13. . Receipts do not contain customer name – Fiserv has confirmed that this is a security issue, but keeps coming up as a pain point. Is there any other option available?
    - The only work around would be adding the Customer name within the note field.

  14. Clover online ordering is so far getting close to perfection. Only a few things need to change or add. The basic function needed asap is a coupon(discount) for online ordering. We do promotions every now and then for new customers. If a coupon/discount code can be added that will be great and we don't need to look for other online order providers.
    I think this is a basic need for online ordering. Now with integration with all platforms, which is great but I still not using it because of this one function on clover online ordering.

  16. I too just migrated from Payeezy to Clover and lost the ability to provide my customers with a referenced invoice & job number on their receipt. If I cannot reference what job and invoice number a customer is paying for, I cannot use your service. These receipts are also supplied to my accounting department for reconciliation so they too, do not know what invoice or job the transaction is to be applied to without this option.
