Rewards limitations
The rewards program is overpromised and not meeting expectation. For customers who are making large purchases, we need the ability to redeem more than one accumulated reward per transaction. This limitation does not allow me to be competitive in my market compared to big box stores. I need to be able to offer the customer to redeem multiple $1 off if they have the points.
Also- the complicated way the customers are saved in under the "customer" tab with one account showing the customer profile and a completely different profile for rewards creates unneeded duplication and entry errors.
please update REWARDS to allow for multiple redemptions based up accumulated points AND better way to add and merge customer profiles.
