Invoice Email customization Message
Feature Request: Save Customized Invoice Email Messages
We use Clover to process payments and frequently send invoices to our patients. Currently, when sending an invoice, Clover automatically generates a default email message that does not reflect our preferred wording or communication style.
Although we can manually edit the message, we must retype it every time we send an invoice.
We would like to request the following enhancement:
Allow merchants to customize the default invoice email message.
Provide an option to save the customized message as a permanent template.
Automatically populate the saved message whenever a new invoice is created, while still allowing edits when needed.
This would save time, improve efficiency, and allow us to maintain consistent, professional communication with our patients.
