Can you change the way points are awarded? Currently, it appears as though the customer is awarded points based on the post tax sale amount. For example, if a product is $39.99 plus tax the final amount is $43.19 and the customer is awarded 43 points. Our reward program gives customers $5 in credit once they reach 100 points, but customers are being rewarded for the tax so they are receiving 8% extra point due to the tax. I'd like to see the amount they awarded based on the PRE-TAX amount. We are essentially giving away 5% from our bottom line from very thin margins and may not be a viable promotion. Our GP is 22-24% and giving away 5% is not very attractive.
