  2. The Hosted Payment Page needs to give the merchant the ability to add one or more customizable fields for the customer to input information into. For example, we have merchants who need to collect invoice numbers to match payments to the correct sale.

  3. Once a Payment Link is created the dashboard kept freezing up and error populates that the page is having a problem and try to come back later or This page is not responding. Clover stated this is due to large amount of URL's not being deleted over time. An enhancement is needed to allow mass edit capability to delete URLs since currently you can only delete 1 URL at a time and it takes about 20+ seconds to complete each one. This merchant had thousands of URLs, so it is very daunting and a time-consuming task.

  4. I often need to send second or even third reminder before invoices are paid. It would be so helpful if multiple reminders could be sent instead of having to create a whole new invoice for a second reminder...or more.

  6. Currently when choosing custom date range on the sales overview tab, the UI presents a screen to type in the date. Merchant says that this is different from the calendar view that used to be there and would like it reverted back so he does not have to manually type in the dates whenever searching for a report.

  7. Only the full stations have this ability now. You should allow the merchant to completely disable the ability to key-in cards on all devices (compact, flex, mini). This can help businesses safeguard against fraudulent payments and prevent chargebacks. Currently, the merchant is at the mercy of their employees to not do this which can be risky.

  8. When an invoice is expired there is no option to delete it. Even support can't delete it. Annoying how I can delete any other invoice, but for some reason the invoices that should be canceled / deleted can't be so I'm not stuck with a certain unpaid balance forever

  9. Is there an update on adding custom fields to the HPP? The support site indicated this enhancement would be coming Q3/Q4 2024, so just checking on the status. At a minimum, the ability to add an "invoice number" field (like what's on the VT) would allow more flexibility for many merchants. Thank you!

  10. I think the ability to assign a category to a payment link is crucial. Our high school wants the ability to use payment links for fundraising but currently payment links all show up as "uncategorized". This would prevent us from holding concurrent fundraisers because we would not be able to easily determine who the funds belong to as they would all show as 'uncategorized'.

  11. Hello, I have a client who would prefer to not have upcoming reminder emails sent to them. They only want an email sent when the card has been charged. There is not a way to turn this off in your system. It would be nice to have that option for my client.

  12. When a merchant sets up recurring payments, they can set the start date but not the start time. If they want the transaction to be billed at a specific time, is that possible? Or is the billing time random? Or is the time based on the time the recurring payment was set up? Can a start time field be added after the start date?

  14. While performing a sale the device displays the price + the surcharge amount, prior to the card being processed. This confuses customer's who are using a debit card as they think they are having the surcharge applied to their transactions.

    The net sale and receipt will show that the surcharge was not applied but the process is confusing and irritating to the customer and merchant.

    A suggested solution is to add "only applied to credit cards, not debit cards" after "+$xx merchant credit card surcharge".

  17. Please add a note/order/invoice number field to the payment link feature. The information added to the field should also be available when looking at the transaction in the payment details section. How else is the merchant to know what the payment is for?

  18. Ability to have QR Code that a customer can pay and add tip. For example, a ice cream stand that doesn't want Clover devices but wants to be able to accept cc by the customer scanning qr code and an employee will tell them what is owed, the customer then pays with Apple Pay or Google and it prompts for payment with tip.

  19. You should be able to see the number of recurring payment transactions and the total prior to the charges being made on recurring payments. I have called them every months and yet nothing changes .

  20. On the dashboard, in account and setup, under Payment links, it isn't possible for a merchant to add taxes to a payment link, button, or QR code payment. A merchant with the Essential plan, integrated to Quickbooks, cannot sync taxes to quickbooks with payment links. Also, there is no detail about what the customer in buying under payment link. The ''Basic information name'' doesn't show anywhere in the payment link.
