"Remove Taxes" force a secondary popup to record a reason
can it be possible to tie "remove taxes" to include a popup that is required to be filled out why taxes are being removed?
Right now the Discount and Remove Taxes options are very close by. I think some employees will accidentally click "remove taxes" when trying to add a discount. This removes taxes but then they see that the discount isn't there they then go add the discount but do not add the tax back because they havent noticed that its being removed. To semi-solve this we have made it so that no one can remove taxes on an order. This then slows down operations when a true tax exempt order comes in because we get to the payment screen, realize the cashier can't remove the taxes, then we have to close the register app, get a manager to come change the options on the register to allow taxes to be removed, open the orders app to find the previously rung up order, remove the taxes, then repeat the process to stop the employee from removing taxes again before moving on to the next customer. A very simple fix would be to pop up some message that taxes are being removed and force the employee to put in why. That would be a visual key to them that they are either doing something incorrect or allow them to put in the valid reason/entity that is tax exempt and then move on. This would kind of be in line with a previous request i saw on here https://clover.uservoice.com/forums/964475-payments/suggestions/50383782-tax-exempt-option-pop-up
