I’m an accountant and tax preparer who also offers a variety of ongoing services. Many of my clients make recurring payments, so having ACH available directly in the Virtual Terminal would help reduce processing costs and simplify billing.

Currently, New Sale and recurring payments support only debit or credit cards. ACH is available only through an emailed invoice, which requires the client to receive the email and complete the payment.

Please add ACH as a payment option for both New Sale transactions and recurring payments, including the ability for clients to authorize recurring ACH withdrawals without having to pay through an emailed invoice each time.

This would help service-based businesses save on processing fees, reduce follow-up, and make payments more convenient for clients.
