Clover KDS is scheduled to launch this summer.

With the Flex & Station, adding a KDS will allows us to compete with Toast. Simply not having a KDS opts us out for a lot of merchants.
I think detachable station screens & or a touchscreen display for FSR should also be developed.

The closeout report is intended to show the volume of sales activity taken via bank cards, and how much the merchant can expect to be funded. In other words, transactions that are authorized and submitted for settlement. Cash transactions are already "settled" by definition, so it would be confusing to include them in a closeout report. The merchant should use the sales activity report to see their cash transactions.

If I sell a pair of sunglasses worth $100, and the customer comes back the next day to exchange for a $200 pair of sunglasses.
The exchange should be seamless instead of a return, then another transaction. I’m sure this is simple coding, and if you would like to start targeting retailers, this is a GREAT first step!
