    my idea was combined with this but my request was different. Currently there is a way to transfer between server but my request was: if server # 2 is helping server #1 close/pay for their open ticket, they tend to use their own number because they have no access to their server #1 number. however when this is done, the tip is transferred to server #2 and they get the tip instead of the existing server.

    If a fellow server is helping close an open order, the tip transfers to him/her. This is not acceptable to servers, since they worked the whole process to serve this table/guest.

    Whenever I pull the customer list from dashboard, the names come out randomly - I would need to have the ability to sort them by date to pull the latest visit instead of having to scroll each - worst, I have to type the name over and over in search field and it is non-productive.

    All - We have are updating this status of this request to Under Review,  as we did not fully understand that this ask is for a detailed batch report to print from the device.

    Detailed transaction level reporting is available on the dashboard today. The team has been working on multiple reporting enhancements, but they are focused on the dashboard. 

    We do have a team reviewing this request.  Thank you for understanding our confusion and we will return with an update as soon as one is available.

    I defintely would welcome this feature because it as well insures that all transactions/orders have been closed before batching and making sure team members can't clock out before closing any open ticket

    Because if a server closes another server's table, the tip is tranferred to them (NOT FAIR). So owner/manager should be able to transfer the tip to correct server - that is until Clover is able to find a way to keep the tip to the original server and not transfer it to the one that closed it.
