    We need an option for customers to be able to place an order without having to enter a credit card for payment. There should be an option for "Payment upon arrival"

    Restaurants understand the risk that is taken when accepting orders online with the option to pay upon pickup. The risk of an order being accepted and the customer not showing is a risk every restaurant understands, and many already take (example, orders over the phone)
