    Customer wants to exchange an item with a different item much more expensive we should be returning the exchanged item to inventory ring up new item the buyer pay the difference

  8. Create store credit for a Retail, instead "refund" only. I spend a lot of gift cards doing store credit .

    This would require Clover to create a relatively complex store credit function that tracks store credit for a merchants customers. Unfortunately, we have no plans to do this.
