Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. Would like the ability (within the same Merch acct), to assign specific users / to specific devices. Hence those users could / would only be able to log into and use those certain devices. And potentially have device specific settings / configurations would be nice as well. Custom settings, backgrounds, adjust / edit specific sounds and correlating volumes for those sounds, and so on....

  2. I work for a University and we use the flex and mini's on our campus. Unfortunately, we have to have a private certificate deployed on the app and so we are unable to use the wi-fi...I would love to see that change.

  3. We have 5 Clover Flexes. They are printing very light with 50% or less charge. This is unacceptable

  4. It’s not easy for the naked eye on clover flex to have the default but the ability to change category view in clover finding for either the mini clover 2 or the clover flex. The station is fine the way it is displayed.

  5. merchant requesting when a customers sees the option to enter their pin numbers to show numbers and letters as well some customers have their pin with letters instead of numbers .

  6. Merchant would like a wider screen for the clover flex like the old clover mobile , it was easier to see the whole register app and place orders right now it’s too narrow and not easy when they have a very large menu items

  7. We would appreciate being able to see the customer name column in the orders app. We realize we can see the name under the "notes" column but we often use this area for actual notes. We also realize we can click on a specific order and then the customer name will appear on the next screen but this is difficult when there are many orders on the list. It would be great if we could see the customer name instead of the order code.

  9. Set a different ringer (and a strident one) when a transaction is declined: to alert the employee who is processing the transaction and avoid for that transaction to pass unnoticed. it has happened in my salon: the screens sequence did not make it clear that a transaction was refused, and no beep came on to make it conspicuous.We got defrauded without being alerted!

  12. I have the Clover Flex. We use this as our register. We also have staff using the App paired with the Go to make transactions. Post sale on the Go it asks to print, text or email a receipt. When I click print I receive an error message. I would like for the App to work with and print remotely to the Flex Station. When we have the Flex reprint these transactions they ARE NOT itemized, for reasons necessary to my business, this is a huge security problem. Please adjust the app to sync with the Flex printer.   13. Clover Flex needs a drop rating to be able to regularly survive a drop from 42". In meantime, offer a retractable security lanyard to interface w/ K Slot on device
