  1. Is there a way for the CLOVER scanner (camera) to be set up to remove the first & last digit on a barcode to mirror their scanner? I have a merchant who wants to utilize their FLEX to scan items but the inventory barcode do not line up because their scanners are setup to only scan 10 digits not 12 but Clovers built in scanner wants to scan all 12 digits.

  3. Can you add the ability for scanners to read EAN +5 scanning ability for some books that the +5 digits can be read to determine issue number

  4. Business Type: Butcher Shop

    The merchant has scales setup through out the location along with a Brother-label printer. The scales are not connected directly to the clover devices (Scale: Digi SM 5100)

    The merchant would like to be able to weigh an item, walk to any Clover Station at the location, scan the item (Scanner: Zebra DS 2208) the display would show the item name as well as the price according to weight.   5. After recent update, items printed on kitchen tickets are not separated with a line or spacing options, making the ticket harder to read when multiple items are ordered. A line between items would make reading easier, especially with modifiers.

  6. when entering one order for one item with quantity of more than 1, the qty appears on right as well as item number: this is confusing as it prints on "printer order" showing as "qty number" and "Item number" too close together, making it appear as two numbers together
    example if qty is 5 and item number is "1" , it appears as printed "5 1"
    i think the item number should be on left before item name

  8. Received a clover official TML90. it's actually a peeler mode. yet when feeding labels thru the peeler mechanism, we find that ina. 3 item print job, only labels 1 and 3 print, label 2 never prints.

  9. I should not hve to be at the station to fix printer issues. We have two stations and at one station we don’t need receipts yet there is no way to turn that printer off

  10. Kitchen Printer only has Large and small as the font size option. Customers are requesting medium size as an option also they’re requesting the modifier color be change from red as it may not be legible on some printers.

  11. Add the option to print the orders based on order types. I would like to print the orders based on order types and be able to keep printing my orders automatically based on the labels of each item

  12. Merchant wants to use test mode on their Classic Station like once before to allow a cash order to be deleted when they exit test mode however they can no longer do that. Workaround is Refund payment or open cash drawer without using test mode.

  14. When the kitchen printer goes offline there needs to be a notification that stays on the screen that requires acknowledgment from the server before closing the screen out. Also, when this happens the system should automatically print the kitchen chit on the receipt printer so the server can bring this back to the kitchen staff and let them know there is a printer failure of some sort. Currently, the system only flashes across the screen, puts a tiny little icon on the top of the screen that no one is going to see, and I have to manually redirect the…

  15. The merchant would like the functionality of duel order receipts printing automatically. To achieve automatic printing of the order receipt the option currently selected is "print when hitting save" as the merchant does not want customers to pay immediately. adding a 2nd receipt printer as an order printer, forces the merchant to choose a destination for the order receipt which takes away the luxury of automatic printing of order receipts.   16. This was one of the main selling points for station 2018 and it still is not able to be used. Two drawers opening at once does me no good. Have not even seen a status update to under review on any prior requests.

  19. Getting several requests for a extension cord for the Clover 2018 Front Facing printer.... Merchants with limited counter space are forced to make modification at additional expense to use the Clover Station 2018 near or at the counter. I received 2 requests this month due to the Covid-19 situation

  20. Please enable spanish for Clover Station 2018. It's available on the Mini and Flex, and rather easily so. Meanwhile, on our flagship device, the most popular/second most popular language on the planet is not.
