  1. The new interface on our flex 2 is nice and clean. But, with the new interface clients often push "done" and we have to go back through the menus to print our receipt.
    The "done" button is too inviting. Would like "done" to not be highlighted and instead say "return to clerk" or something similar with highlighting. The done or print buttons should stay available.
    Receipts are easy to retrieve but still additional work.

  2. Being able to choose the station printer as an order printer when taking orders from a Flex via the QSR platform.

  3. Flex device need rewards prompt before or after the payment. Flex on kiosk needs this function soon as possible

  4. Customer payment receipts on the Flex 3 are way too long. Would like to see the option to have them shorter so we are not using so much paper

  5. Customers have figured out that they can back out of a card transaction and select cash so are stealing product when they hand back the device and server believes the order is paid. Therefore, we'd like to be able to disable tender types (specifically cash) from the device.

  6. often times merchants misplace their Clover Flex especially when there are multiple units that are handled. Then there are times when they are stolen.
    Clover ought to consider anti theft mechanism (loud audible alarm or temporary GPS that is activated once and then must be reset)
    call it "AFTER The Flex" Anti Flex-Theft Emergency Response
    Another consideration is to have a live voice response when the unit is detected as off pre-validated premises

  7. Flex gen 3 goes into a thanks for visiting screen in which you have to tap to finish the transaction, can there be a setting to bypass this screen?

  8. Can you guys add back the option where we can see the time on the flex so we can know how long the order has been open and how long the guest has been seated its the best option that was on it please put it back on it trust me it helps alot thank you

  9. It would be nice if the Clover Flex would be able to connect to ethernet. On the device, it shows it as an option but there is no port for an ethernet cable.

  10. It would be great to be able to customise the keyboard settings to enable the user to include a separate number row at the top of the keyboard rather than having to hard press the top row of the keyboard to access numbers. This would be similar to other android devices.

  11. I would like to see other options for SIM card providers. AT&T doesn't have a good connection everywhere so having the option for other mobile carriers would allow for more merchants to use the SIM option.

  12. Not asking for verification on a duplicate transaction that happened days/weeks previously.

    We are finding with the new update our flex is now asking at random times to verify that this duplicate transaction is okay. The thing is, it’s the first time a customer is paying today. It’s confusing for staff and customers who assume they will be charged twice.

    I understand the need for verification of the transactions are on the same day/similar timing. But if I have people that only come once a month, I don’t need to be selecting one of these options.

  13. Clover Flex needs the table mapping of clover dining instead of a list. The list of numbers is overwhelming to the eye. The server can't memorize the numbers easily. The visual on the station and mini helps much more than the flex.

  14. I need to export list of our items that includes the "category" attribute. When I export the inventory from the dashboard i am not seeing the category column.
    Why would the "category" attribute not be part of the items export?

  15. Please find a way for the Clover Flex to connect to the Station Duo printer. There should be NO NEED for a merchant to buy a separate bar printer when the Duo printer can be used at the bar.

  17. restaurants have been asking for a smaller device to accept orders at tables. They would like something geared more towards the size of a Cellular Device instead of the Flex. This would only be allowed to accept orders, not payments

  18. Please reverse recent tipping update. Please remove the dollar amount that appears with tipping %. I would like to see %'s only and no dollar amount on the tipping screen please.

  19. My device charged a customer a duplicate charge while on offline mode, I had to go in and manually refund because the system did it on its own. Only swiped the card one time and entered a signature once. The transactions are 1 second apart for duplicate charges so it must have been the system.

  20. Would like the ability (within the same Merch acct), to assign specific users / to specific devices. Hence those users could / would only be able to log into and use those certain devices. And potentially have device specific settings / configurations would be nice as well. Custom settings, backgrounds, adjust / edit specific sounds and correlating volumes for those sounds, and so on....
