Update to my "clover rewards not working" issue
Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.

Being Able to enter Qty by fractions When Adding orders. For example " 1.25 yard of fabric instead of only being able to enter 1 or 2
Being able to enter qty by fractions. For example, We sell Fabric by the yard but often people want it at 11/2 yards or 11/4 yards, ect. It would be great if inventory would track by fractions and also register would allow input of fractions when choosing qty. instead of only being able to chose whole numbers.

customer screen
I got problem with customer complain that when we select pay. the customer see only the amount of the items price + tips, but they don't see the taxes include. For example: the item about is $9 + taxes $1. So total on my cashier screen is $10 but on the customer screen is only $9 with tips option. It's show total include taxes anywhere on the screen alt all. Is there anyway you can add it to the screen that would be better.

Default Keys for Search Bar on Register App
There should be an option to select default keypad view on the search bar of the Register App. The default now is to show the large keyboard when search bar is selected. There should be an option to show only number keyboard so items can be searched with numbers only (e.g. PLU, or UPC).

Show most recent scanned item on screen
We run a grocery store and scan more than 10 items for most orders. The scanned items are shown from top to bottom. When we surpass 10, it stays on the first 10 items and we are unsure if we scanned the most recent item or not. This leads to mistakes as we have to drag it up and sometimes click on it or delete/add more of same item by accident. It is very inconvenient and unintuitive. TIP
When a merchant has order types enabled (i.e. Dine-in, Delivery & Pick-up) the delivery option/CNP transactions should automatically print a receipt with tip line - when Dine-in and Pick-up are selected (CP Transactions) tipping on the Pin-Pad should be the primary tipping method.
Working with a QRS Pizza delivery shop on a duo that wants in-person tipping on Pin-Pad and a printed receipt with tip line for delivery orders.

Set default order type by device
My restaurant has a Clover Station that primarily handles to-go orders and Clover Flex devices that handle dine-in orders. Currently my default Order Type is set to Dine-In, but this default applies to all my Clover devices. I want to have a different default Order Type on my Clover Station since this device mainly handles to-go (sometimes I forget to select To-Go and it defaults to Dine-In).

Making transactions on Clover dashboard
We are a grocery store that also do wholesale business, so we need to making transactions on Clover dashboard for better navigation.
Clover is not yet built to fit larger grocery business needs.

Hi development team,
I love my clover POS since last year and cannot wait to change over my 2 other locations to Clover as well. However, the system lacking the feature of automatically prompt printing to kitchen once an already fired item being deleted or removed. This is first to notify kitchen not to make anymore. Select a role when log in to the device

If an item is not scanned into the register, have an alert that the item was not rung up
If an item is not entered into the system and an employee is trying to ring it out, it does not give an alert. It still has the same scanning ring. In VERY small font it says "you do not have the permission to enter this" or something to that effect. It would be nice to have a different "error" sound for things that were scanned, but not actually " rung up". Or have LARGE font that the item wasn't rung up.

your need new app
Hello. yesterday my equipment for barbershop and salon arrived. but this system does not have the ability to divide tips for each member nor does it have the ability to divide the amounts by individual for each service the employee did. this delays my day because I have to do it manually daily and write down each service and its prices for each person in the barbershop. it's a problem for me. they should add an app for this to be printed individually per person per service and tips
