Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

    The closeout report is intended to show the  volume of sales activity taken via bank cards, and how much the merchant can expect to be funded. In other words, transactions that are authorized and submitted for settlement. Cash transactions are already "settled" by definition, so it would be confusing to include them in a closeout report. The merchant should use the sales activity report to see their cash transactions.

    Clover will be adding a sound to our Kitchen Display System as we are seeing this request often.  We do not have the ability to alter the Kitchen printers mad by other manufacturers.  If you are interested in a Kitchen Display System (KDS). Please reach out to your Clover representative or reseller.

  3. Can you allow the Solo to use the display printer available with the Clover 2018 station so it shows items and takes contactless payments. Or allow the Solo to use the FD40 pinpad.

  4. Clover before had the NoTip on the tipping screen. Now it show skip. Due to this customers are selecting skip more often and before. It seems like customers did not like selecting no tip and would tip. Now they just press skip and don’t leave a tip. Clover support told me to add this comment here to request an update for this issue. Unfortunately smart tipping does not work for us cause of elderly customer base and they do not do well with technology.

  6. You used to be able to set it up to do this. I guess new version does not have this feature. Need to add this feature as We sometimes open to cash drawer to make change ever five to ten minutes.

  7. Allow Tap to Pay option in Clover Go to be enabled by the employees and not just the account owner. Clover account owners may not always use an iPhone and to restrict enabling this option to just the owner can restrict employees from using the Tap to Pay feature.

  8. Many customers are complaining that their items that are scanned should be listed to the left of the customer facing Clover Duo Mini screen and their Total should show on the Right of the screen.

    Currently the items are on the right and the total is on left and our customers are complaining because it confuses them with the total and tax at the bottom right then a different total about to the left.

  9. I have a incident where a station 2018 display, in red text, requests to enter factory reset PIN above the keypad. Why does this happen?

  11. Merchant is forced to refresh their Clover Go credentials about once ever 30 days and they would like that time frame extended to 1 year.

  12. Merchants needed the ability to toggle the battery defender option on or off so the device can charge to 100% without changing usage
