Notification when there is communication issue with the kitchen printer
When the kitchen printer goes offline there needs to be a notification that stays on the screen that requires acknowledgment from the server before closing the screen out. Also, when this happens the system should automatically print the kitchen chit on the receipt printer so the server can bring this back to the kitchen staff and let them know there is a printer failure of some sort. Currently, the system only flashes across the screen, puts a tiny little icon on the top of the screen that no one is going to see, and I have to manually redirect the printer to the receipt printer.

Please please please address this issue. I have several merchants that constantly have issues with SP700 connectivity and there is no warning to the server that the food order failed to print.
