pin display with numbers and letters
merchant requesting when a customers sees the option to enter their pin numbers to show numbers and letters as well some customers have their pin with letters instead of numbers .

Several suggestions here are to add the capability for letter display (like a telephone keypad) along with the numbers for customer PIN entry. These suggestions even continued after the option was added. It seems like this should be on by default. There is little potential harm and much benefit.

Some customers do not know their numbers, only the letters associated with the numbers. This seems like it would be an easy fix.
