Skip and Print WITH Tip Line
"Skip And Print" Always USED to Print a Tip and Signature line, now it doesn't. We would like that to come back. Curb Side service is very trendy and our customers are asking for a tip line!

This is the biggest issue with the Duo. Basically, the lack of this feature means it shouldn't be in restaurants. This scenario comes up on phone orders when a payment is taken upfront via credit card. Then when the order is picked up, delivered curb side, or delivered to a the customer location, there isn't the possibility of adding a tip to this transaction. During the payment process, you have to ask the customer if they would like to add a tip(which is awkward since it is before the order has been received) or select no tip on the customer facing device. Selecting no tip locks the transaction and a tip from the customer cannot be added later. The Clover Station 2018 had a "Skip and Print" feature that allowed for tipping on phone orders later(even when tethered to a Clover Mini). This issue with the DUO comes up with almost every restaurant these days. The skip and print button fixes this issue, allows merchants to use sign/tip on screen, and table service.
