We have a client facing clover mini. It looks like you just did an update. It looks good from my side. The client side needs work.

1. This seems like a no brainer but, can you make a big approved screen so the client can see it? I spend all day explaining to customers that the transaction has been approved. Currently there a small little green check at the top with 4 big receipt options. A big green “approved” would save me so much explaining. Or a nice approved noise like it doesn’t for some credit cards.

2. Please increase the sensitivity on the chequing button. That’s the only button the clients have a hard time pushing for some reason. It is a very common button that everyone has to push yet it is the one button that doesn’t register very well.

3. First tap attempt fails quite often. It seems like the timing parameters needs to be adjusted.

4. After I enter the amount on my screen there is a sizeable delay before the prompt pops up on the client facing screen. If this delay could be eliminated it would really help the lineups during lunchtime rush.
