Interface update problem
The new interface on our flex 2 is nice and clean. But, with the new interface clients often push "done" and we have to go back through the menus to print our receipt.
The "done" button is too inviting. Would like "done" to not be highlighted and instead say "return to clerk" or something similar with highlighting. The done or print buttons should stay available.
Receipts are easy to retrieve but still additional work.1 vote -
Shorter Receipts
Customer payment receipts on the Flex 3 are way too long. Would like to see the option to have them shorter so we are not using so much paper

Disable tender type by device
Customers have figured out that they can back out of a card transaction and select cash so are stealing product when they hand back the device and server believes the order is paid. Therefore, we'd like to be able to disable tender types (specifically cash) from the device.

Restore owner ability to disable unnecessary apps
As owners of the account, we do not want our employees to have access to certain unnecessary apps, such as the calculator, camera, clock, gallery and sound recorder. We have over 70 merchants, with many of them using the Clover Flex devices. With the previous v3 Flex devices, we has the ability to disable these apps. Two weeks ago, in fact, we were could disable the apps from a new device we distributed to a merchant. However, yesterday, we were not able to do so. I called Clover customer service and they were also not able to disable the apps.…

Put back the option on the flex where we can see the timr of how long the order has been open
Can you guys add back the option where we can see the time on the flex so we can know how long the order has been open and how long the guest has been seated its the best option that was on it please put it back on it trust me it helps alot thank you

Customise keyboard settings to enable number row
It would be great to be able to customise the keyboard settings to enable the user to include a separate number row at the top of the keyboard rather than having to hard press the top row of the keyboard to access numbers. This would be similar to other android devices.

Tipping Screen, %'s ONLY, remove dollar amount
Please reverse recent tipping update. Please remove the dollar amount that appears with tipping %. I would like to see %'s only and no dollar amount on the tipping screen please.

My device charged a customer a duplicate charge while on offline mode, I had to go in and manually refund because the system did it on its own. Only swiped the card one time and entered a signature once. The transactions are 1 second apart for duplicate charges so it must have been the system.

Device Specific - Restrictions and Users
Would like the ability (within the same Merch acct), to assign specific users / to specific devices. Hence those users could / would only be able to log into and use those certain devices. And potentially have device specific settings / configurations would be nice as well. Custom settings, backgrounds, adjust / edit specific sounds and correlating volumes for those sounds, and so on....

EAP-TLS Support with Private Certificate Authorities
I work for a University and we use the flex and mini's on our campus. Unfortunately, we have to have a private certificate deployed on the app and so we are unable to use the wi-fi...I would love to see that change.

Category View in The Flex for Clover Dining
It’s not easy for the naked eye on clover flex to have the default but the ability to change category view in clover finding for either the mini clover 2 or the clover flex. The station is fine the way it is displayed.

Clover flex wider screen like the old clover mobile
Merchant would like a wider screen for the clover flex like the old clover mobile , it was easier to see the whole register app and place orders right now it’s too narrow and not easy when they have a very large menu items
