Additional Weight Scale Support
Clover System Currently only supports one weight scale (CAS SW-RS). This weight scale is bulky sits on the countertop and has max weight limit of 20lb. It is long overdue that Clover System developer add support for other weight scales.
Here are some examples:
1. Zebra MP7000 scanner scale
2. CAS LP-1000N
3. Datalogic Magellan 9300i/9400i Barcode ScannerI am sure there are more frustrated clover users like me due to lack of other scale support.

merchant would .like the option to remotely access devices from the web dashboard. has been able to do this with another system.,
merchant would like to be able to remote into the devices to troubleshoot and update settings from where ever he is.

in Clover dining, the time on the ticket for drinks is when the order was placed, but when we come to take the food order, the time will be the same as the drink order time. are we able to have the the time the ticket was created for drink and then for food?

device sound
merchant is asking for the feature to be removed or placed at the end of a transaction where it makes a sound to say the payment was successful. States that it is causing confusion for his workers and customers, when t makes the sound, they think the payment is successful and the business is losing money as sometimes it does not go through.

Bring back the Merchant Keypad or make a customer facing PIN pad for the Mini.
A couple years ago Clover offered a merchant keypad to connect to the Mini to have it stay customer facing and allow employees to type the $ amount on the little keypad. Merchants loved that set up. For some reason you got rid of it. Merchants dont like having to turn the device around or buy a whole other mini. That would be great to bring that back or make a PIN pad that can always stay customer facing like the FD35 or RP10.

This is the only register system I have ever seen (forty plus years in retail) that allows transaction to be rung while the cash drawer is open this is rife with issues. You cant' keep honest people honest if you don't have the single most basic physical base covered.1 vote -
longer cable for Clover Duo for use in grocery stores with checkout lanes
The Clover Duo version 2 is incompatible with usage at grocery stores with belted checkout lanes.
If you picture the set up, as the cashier you have the workstation in front of you, and the customer facing device to your left. With a 1.5M cable, you cannot get to from where the register stand is to where the customer facing payment device on any belted checkout lane.
With the Duo version 1 I found a work around, but the way the cabling is set up for the version 2, you cant jockey the cables around to make it work.

Invoices with rebate
It's impossible to send an invoice to our customers if a "rebate" is included in it. We only do business with invoices to our buyers, and I would like to create a rebate for some of our preferred customers or our employees... I do not wish ta create a list of items in wich I would have 3 identical items with 3 differents prices...
Please program the virtual dashboard so this would be possible.

Ability to Manually Enter a Card On A Clover Compact, When doing an Authorization Only
Why doesn't a Clover Compact allow for manually keyed in transaction, when attempting an Authorization Only? This is supported on all other devices.

Take orders from KDS - register app on KDS
Allow the Register app to be on the KDS so employees can take orders on it. Taking a quick order from KDS screen would greatly enhance our work flow by having our customer to wait less. It wouldn't need to accept the payments, but getting an order in the system so other employees could get started on would be a game changer. Then we could take payment later.

Multiple EINs
Situation: Owner has multiple EINs and needs a POS for transactions. For example, a POS is needed for an LLC and a non-profit by the same owner.
Problem: With Clover devices, it is not possible to switch from one EIN to another on a device. Owner much purchase new devices for each EIN. Needless to say, this can become very costly or cost prohibitive if several devices are needed.
Proposed Solution: Allow for multiple logins on devices and secure the devices by only accepting registered EINs

Facial recognition login with Admin role
Need better way to secure higher level access roles at the device. Four and six digit pin have been easily discovered. For those roles can we make the primary to facial recognition and the PIN only if facial has issues via 2FA to email for that role?

communicate via lan
When the internet goes down at a merchants location that has several Clover stations, it would be great if the stations could communicate with each other over their LAN connection. When my bars lose internet the customers can only order drinks at the same exact Clover station where they opened their tab. And they can only close out at that same station as well. I have a bar that has 10 Clover station solos and the customers order from different spots all the time.
Or I have a restaurant where the server drops off the ticket at the table and…

Display how much money change customer will receive on contactless reader so they are also aware, which can minimize discrepancies.

Create Alerts When There's an Issue with The Network Queue
Recently while troubleshooting some missing payments and menu item's it was discovered that the Clover Network Queue in Diagnostics has some issues. This could present a large issue for a client who doesn't notice this and could lead to possible loss in transactions.

Provide Total Sales Reporting for Open Orders
Provide a running TOTAL sales for open orders on ORDERS app. Owner has to manually add up sales on open orders in order to see accurate sales reporting by hour, not just paid/closed out orders.

Keyboard affected by syncing
Keyboard is affected by syncing on the device . When the device syncs while using the keyboard it would default the keyboard to letters or will just not take the input for a brief period of time. This happens on rare occasions but has been seen on first station and station 2018 specially when looking for items on the inventory.
