Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  1. Allowing the merchant to turn off the customer facing small screen on the P550 receipt printer or allowing them to display their logo at all times even when items are being added or not to show transaction items being listed. Merchants have requested this ability to customize this screen more.

  2. Most all retailers, C stores and restaurants need the ability to take cash out of the drawer to pay vendors or send an employee out to purchase supplies and this button needs to be function as a negative button accounting and reducing the amount of cash in a drawer.

  3. When we print a takeaway order via the Register App, we need the option to print 2 copies of the order as the drinks and food are handled by separate areas of the kitchen.

  4. Is there a way for the CLOVER scanner (camera) to be set up to remove the first & last digit on a barcode to mirror their scanner? I have a merchant who wants to utilize their FLEX to scan items but the inventory barcode do not line up because their scanners are setup to only scan 10 digits not 12 but Clovers built in scanner wants to scan all 12 digits.

  5. Can you add the ability for scanners to read EAN +5 scanning ability for some books that the +5 digits can be read to determine issue number

  6. when entering one order for one item with quantity of more than 1, the qty appears on right as well as item number: this is confusing as it prints on "printer order" showing as "qty number" and "Item number" too close together, making it appear as two numbers together
    example if qty is 5 and item number is "1" , it appears as printed "5 1"
    i think the item number should be on left before item name

  7. Received a clover official TML90. it's actually a peeler mode. yet when feeding labels thru the peeler mechanism, we find that ina. 3 item print job, only labels 1 and 3 print, label 2 never prints.

  8. As a sales rep I am trying to set up my merchant with a compatible kitchen printer. The issue is that on the Clover pricing sheet, it does not list hardware specifics, like part number or complete model number. This makes it difficult to match it with any printers on hardwareadvantage.fiserv.com/products. Furthmore, when I call Clover support they list 3 compatible printers which does not match the Clover pricing sheet sent to ISO's. I don't know what to order.

    Unfortunately Clover does not provide this documentation to the ISO channels. Clover Support is only allowed to provide information on the devices we provide to them. If you have specific examples of printers you are able to sell that don't match Clover Support we can review and update their procedure.
