Customers App: Alphabetize Customers' Names on Device
The merchant stated on the dashboard the customers are in alphabetical order. However, on the device they are not. Confirmed with our test device here that on the device the customers are not alphabetized. As a workaround, advised the customer to search for the customer she wanted. However, she stated she would like for it to be the same as the dashboard.

We have a large client that needs to attach customer to every order. They need to have the their customer appear in alphabetical order. It doesn't make sense that the customer are scrambled even when the customer are imported in alphabetical order.

We need them alphabetized as well. They show in the order created and that makes it very hard to search for someone since they are sometimes in by the name from their credit card info capture and this can be slightly different than they tell us their name when searching.

The merchant would like the Customers app to show the Customers in alphabetical order instead of the most recent Customer added.

Merchants would like the ability to reorganize the customers in the customers application.
The applications updates keep switching it between creation date and alphabetical order. If they can have the ability to switch between the those two, or additional options such as, last name, first name.. etc then it will help improve business/check out flow to fit their business needs.

Many Merchants wants to have customers app showing customers names Alphabetized. Especially those merchant who likes to keep records of customers daily basis. Therefore if the name is Alphabetized it is better for them to reconcile.
