there are many instances where merging of 2 customer records is necesary... especially if using this data for marketing purposes. In the customer database, it would also be good if there were easier tools for identifying and eliminating duplicate customer records. A mass delete feature would be great for this purpose.

Merchant has questions in regards to multiple profiles appearing for a single customer in "customers" app, she was aware that the use of multiple cards creates the new profile, she would like to know if they can be combined into one, stated her regulars may not remember the cars used which makes it harder to keep track of purchase dates and items

Please design a way to merge two separate customers into one. This would aid our billing organization tremendously.

Offer the ability to combine customers that use different credit cards. They are still the same person! They just have multiple credit cards
