Exchange Items for Others with a different value

PLEASE allow to exchange items for other items with a different value. It makes little to no sense why this is not doable, especially in a retail setting. Makes the checkout process much more timely which in turn hurts flow through our shop.

    Agreed. This is so important for retail. It's ridiculous that this simple process has not been corrected yet.

    This is being requested in multiple places. Clover...please type in Exchange in the search bar and see how many merchants have requested this functionality over the past few years.
