Adding New Items Inventory

Merchant requesting a way to sort inventory categories and modifiers alphabetically. IN addition merchant is requesting
when adding an item and then added to the category , the category is then added to the bottom of the list when adding the next item. IT would be
more convenient if that category were added to the top of the list instead of the bottom.

    There is currently no option to add an item number on inventory items. This would allow for better tracking (by number instead of by item description) - now we have to add a number to the end of the item name in the description. This would improve reports and filters that are exported.
