Allow limited access to inventory for employees. Add and edit items without adjusting price
Allow them to be able to keep track off stock, rearranging items but not be able to delete or change price.

Yes, this would be helpful. Like my employee can add stock to inventory when packing out on the sales floor, but can not delete inventory.
