Enable all tax options on Custom Items in Register/RegisterLite

Currently the only tax options in Register/Register lite for Custom Items are No Tax or Default Tax. It would be valuable to be able to include whichever taxes are necessary on Custom Items.

    We sell products that attract 0, 5 or 13% tax. Being limited to a single tax on custom items makes this function unusable.

    Setting a default tax, which may or may not be correct, breaks the sales function where we simply enter a number that is charged to the customer's card. Currently we manually calculate invoices and this gets broken with a default tax.

    We were hoping the Clover Register app would work but it's really missing some key elements that are seen daily in our sales.

    Disappointed to say the least.
