Servers can highlight a drink with modifications, for example, and be prompted to repeat the same order, rather than having to type in the whole drink with all of the modifications again.

YES!! That is one of the most used buttons on any pos system & with clover you have to go through like 4 different steps just to repeat an order, which takes to much time & slows you down. I am not impressed with clover, there's way to many steps to do & it's very slow running. Just a hassle, I'm going to talk my boss into something better. You should be able to go into the item that you want have a plus sign right next to it so you can repeat it and send the order simple but clover is not simple and it's just too much of a hassle.

This functionality is vital!

Many busy restaurants and bars use the repeat feature to add a round of drinks. Currently on Clover you need to add a quantity to each item which needs to be set in the permissions.
