Many foodtrucks, food halls, food courts, breweries, distilleries, etc. need the ability to send a text to a customer when their order is ready. The kiosk already has this function. Please add to Counter and Dining software.

We would love to have the option to send a text when a customer's order is ready at a takeout restaurant. TOAST has a feature where when the order is marked fulfilled on the KDS it automatically sends a text message to the customer (Number is collected when customer orders food) This avoids any negative feedback from the customer about the food sitting too long since they never received a notification.

This would be another simple but critical step moving forward, especially if we can avoid using a 3rd party app for this one feature.

Every POS has the option to notify a customer their order is ready via SMS. Clover needs to add this feature asap.

Hi, we are using clover online ordering app. Right now, there is not any functionality where we can click once order is ready to notify customer. Let consumer know order is ready via text or e-mail. Particularly for on-line orders. Front of house can inform costumer order is ready.

Particularly in winter costumer can sit in car and come to to-go window when they receive message avoided wasted time "can you check if my order is ready".
