Now that you REQUIRE 2 step authentication, you need to allow more than one phone number for accountants to access

I can't have my accountants contacting me for code to access every time they need to access my clover. Please fix this, it's a huge issue for customers who have more than one person accessing our accounts on-line!

    I have a 5 location restaurant and do not manage the POS. I'm paying $$ for my employees to sit around while trying to contact me to get the (2FA). This is idiotic. Probably costs me $200 a month in employee time.
    Please fix!

    I agree, but this is how we worked around it.

    You can set up phone number, or an authentication app. We use Google Authenticator that can be scanned onto multiple devices. It provides a 6 digit code that refreshes every minute. This allowed us to have multiple people log in off site. Hope that helped at all.

    I added my accountant as an administrator with his own log in. This way everything he does is logged under his name and not mine. It also eliminated the monthly calls for the 6 digit code. Hope this helps :)
