Improvement of the Virtual Terminal
We had several requests for merchant improvement concerning the virtual terminal. Here are some improvements to be made or corrected.
1. In "Take a payment", it is only possible to choose a single tax. However, there are several provinces which have 2 taxes (Quebec and others). It would be necessary to be able to select the 2 taxes. Yes it is possible to create a general tax, but it distorts their tax report afterwards.
If we use "Invoicing" to send an invoice to pay, it is no longer possible to delete it later.
If we use "Invoicing" to send an invoice to pay, we do not have the option of resending the invoice to pay. If the customer unintentionally deletes the email, the merchant cannot simply resend the invoice by email.
With the Invoicing option, we do not have the option to add taxes.
Will it be possible to put together a detailed invoice (with a certain plan like essential or register) and then send it by email (Invoicing) so that the customer can pay it later?
