Order receipts shouldn’t auto re-print every time when “Print on Pay or Save” is selected.
My restaurant takes orders in-person and over-the-phone, so I’ve enabled the option to have order receipts print when Pay or Save is tapped. However, when handling an over-the-phone order, the order receipt is printed when the order is saved, and printed AGAIN when the customer arrives and pays for the order. This automatic re-printing is confusing for our kitchen because they will receive a second order receipt for an order that’s already being/been made.
Ideally, I’d like order receipts to be printed AFTER a customer pays for their order (not just when Pay is tapped) OR when the order is saved, but not both for the same order. As it stands, the options for order receipt auto-printing are too limited, and using manual printing is too cumbersome. Please address this!

This is absolutely infuriating. The printer setting is listed as "When Pay or Save is tapped" but it's actually " When Pay AND Save is tapped".
