Restrict permission on employees to remove Additional Charges from an active order
Restrict or limit permission on employees to remove Additional Charges from an order. Only admins or allowed permission should be able to remove service charge.
Operational Loss when customer is paying cash, the employee gives bill to customer, customer pays in cash, server/employee removes service charge and keep the cash that belongs to the house. This is creating an operational loss.
