In clover dining app there are no restrictions for employees to remove the automatic Additional Charges from an order. There should be a permission where Only admins are allowed to remove additional service charge or have manager/admin passcode approval to remove additional charges on dine-in sections only. There should be a permission approval.

Currently there is an Operational Loss when customer is paying cash, the employee gives the bill to the customer, and customer pays in cash, some servers/employees found a loophole to remove the auto gratuity service charge in the Clover Dining app since there are no restrictions in the employee's app to restrict removal of additional charges in Clover Dining and the server keeps the cash of the gratuity that belongs to the house.
