Merchant is requesting to have a 2nd email added as an owner. Some businesses have co-owners and they need to be able to make changes to the account or have the authentication One Time Code sent to them too

Capability to do a 2nd modifier
It was brought to my attention that a 10 location restaurant group would prefer to use Clover but has to use Toast because Clover doesn't have the capability of picking a modifier with another modifier to pop up once the first modifier was picked. This is important because if a Kabob restaurant has a combo plate where the customer gets to pick 2 sides. So the customer picks a greek salad and Hummus. Blind Cashout/Close out

The best preventative measure for short ringing is to implement a blind closeout process. Blind closeout requires employees to reconcile cash at the end of their shift without notifying them of the exact amount they are expected to return. They have to count the cash and report the total to the system without knowing what it's “supposed” to be.

Add ability to add online service hours to different categories like breakfast.
Currently, I can add Online Service Hours, days and times. If I only serve breakfast items in the morning, I would like to be able to set that category or items with shorter Service Hours.

Voide tickets
Busy dining multiple section restaurants need the ability to print void tickets inside the kitchen as well. Current software is not allowing us.
Example-
Customer ordered 5 items from different 5 stations for dining services. Now customer changed his mind and he want to cancel 1 item. If staff will cancel that item kitchen should get void ticket with thats particular item. So they will know they don't have to make this item anymore.Current system is only reprinting the remaining items. Its not useful.
If its not in next upgrade we are switching back to square.

Have a option for retail version with the dining app feature for nail and beauty salons and other business that have work stations
I would like a retail version of the dining app features to use in the nail/beauty salons where they have set stations (tables). This version would be helpful to include a calendar to book appointment / schedule activities. A waitlist with texting ability would also be a benefit.
These businesses also need to be able to split tips for services on the same bill. They currently are running the clients card several times or splitting their tips manually. This is an issue for accurate reporting, time consuming, and issue with getting their accurate tips sometimes.5 votes -
Add an enhancement to identify the monthly billings from Clover by MID/TID or Clover serial number instead of or along with the contract #
We are boarding more and more national account merchants that have multiple MIDs and one bank account with Clover. I have one customer that will have 62 Clovers and another one with 24 Clovers upgrades from VX680. If they enable wireless manager then head office will manually have to look up each MID in dashboard to find the charges. This is very time consuming and creating customer dissatisfaction. It would be great if Clover could email a monthly statement or report to customers that shows the contract #, MID/TID or Clover serial number for the monthly billings or add the…

Reporting for Multi-Location needs to be inclusive of all reports, not just sales summary
Ability to run any report on the Multi-Location Dashboard
Right now we can only run the basic sales overview reports which is not helpful in trying to manage inventory, people, etc across multiple locations.
1. A critical report would be Sales by Item by Location by date that includes quantities, transaction/order ID, item name, discount, employee.
2. A report with Inventory by location in one report with the ability to see all items across all locations with any variance in cost, price, modifiers, categories, labels, revenue classes. It's very difficult when trying to sync items across locations to have to…2 votes -
Audit Logs to Track POS Config Changes (Setting changes, additions, deletions)
It would be great to have admin capabilities to view audit logs of who added, removed, or updated a backend setting. Recently our business had a tax change made that cost us a large sum of taxes missed during transactions that had to come out of our business revenue as a result. These logs would allow us to see who added a new tax, when, and the specific user responsible for the addition. This will allow for accountability for these types of actions, but also to help understand when potential issues first started.

Better options for Corporations with multiple Clover locations
Clover needs better functionality for corporations with multiple Clover locations such as:
- detail sales reporting for all locations
- user roles across all locations
- ability to set up a location without being onsite with no variation of what is on the website and what is on the device (currently there are apps that show up on the device but not on the installed app on the website, same with set up features like display time out, etc).2 votes -
Extend the “remember this device for 14 days”
It is time consuming to go back and forth to get verification code, especially at busy hours. In a rush one may forget to select the option to remember for 14 days. It is also possible to switch from one device to another. It would help if the 14 days can be extended to 30 days.
The security that comes with the verification is greatly appreciated.

Accounting sync improvements
This new accounting sync is a great idea but in the setup in sale-accountant section it needs to either have the option to customize the categories according to what you have or than it should automatically list them according to your categories that are setup in your clover device.
