dashboard compare hourly sales
On the dashboard you show us net sales for the current day and a comparison to last week. Below that we see the hourly of todays sales. It would be SO helpful if you could also show the hourly sales of the previous day just right on top of the current day with a different color on the graph. It would be great to compare hourly sales from the same day last week.

rewards reporting

Reverse Mobile Update Version 3 that removed Sales Overview of 8 days
New Mobile Update Version 3 WIPED out Simple Overview of Daily Totals by multiple days. Other apps allow downgrade/revision to prior versions. This is not a time to stop ability to compare Todays revenue to same day a week ago ,,,,

Printing reports from Device
Merchant want to have the ability to choose what section of the report to print or have the ability to fully customize the report before the print from the device. I.E the sales overview report: merchant change choose(check box) of what to print from that report like they would like to only see the Net Sales, Taxes, Tips, Gross Sales, Refunds or something like what shows on the transaction app in the Clover Web dashboard:

Offer the same export view as what appears on the Dashboard view
The view offered on the Dashboard is not the same once the report is exported to a .csv file. Merchant feedback is to offer the same info in the same general format for ease of reference.

Closeout Report to include checks
The new closeout report has a cash deposit section, which is very nice, but it doesn't include checks from the day that would also be handled with the cash deposit. It would be helpful if anything that physically has to be taken in the bank deposit was included in that section.

Expanded Item/Category Reporting Filters
The clover dashboard items section will allow you to filter by category and a specific item in the category. For example, a merchant wants to see how many fish tacos were sold for the month. He selects display by category and selects fish tacos. The display screen shows the how many fish tacos were sold for that time frame and the revenue collected. However , he selects export summary line items, the spreadsheet pulls all items in all categories. We tried selecting the other option, Export Individual line times from this page. Same error. The spreadsheet is pulling all items…

Associate Custom Items to Selected Category
For reporting purposes, associate custom items-- which are entered after a Category has been selected in the register--to the respective Category as a “custom item”.
Today, all custom items report under "Items Without a Category" even if a Category was selected prior to the entry of the custom item.

Merchant wants to be able to see an report option for Virtual Terminal in the Reporting app and/ or a filter in order to see all Virtual Terminal transactions in the same page.

A closeout report so we can close the register at the end of the night.
A condensed closeout report (like the batch report but include cash refunds tips, gift cards) so my employees can close the register at the end of the night with out having to add numbers outside of the software. Or use the tender stats section in the long report and add CASH, refunds, tips so it gives the total number or sales for the day.

Revert Old Reporting to new Locations
New reporting rolled out to all merchants. New locations after September is unable to revert back to old reporting. This issue poses a big issue for merchants with multiple locations. If old locations can go back to old reporting and newest locations is unable to be reverted backwards. These merchants are not new merchants and should not be forced into using newest reporting since it has 2 different styles and causes a major issue for back office reporting to do two different styles of reporting.

Scheduled time to print sales reports
Give the reporting app a scheduling function ... ex: "run/print/email daily sales total report every day at 9pm" - understanding that this is not a "batch" report, which is already automated and can be set to send an email. The batch typically happens much later after business is closed. Automating the report to simply print out at a certain time would help businesses with closeout daily, and does not affect the batch or tips that may still need adjusting.
