A closeout report so we can close the register at the end of the night.
A condensed closeout report (like the batch report but include cash refunds tips, gift cards) so my employees can close the register at the end of the night with out having to add numbers outside of the software. Or use the tender stats section in the long report and add CASH, refunds, tips so it gives the total number or sales for the day.

There are two requests in this ask - 1) A transaction-level detail for the batch closeout report 2) an end of day/shift report. For the latter, the Sales Overview on the hardware device, has now been enhanced for an end of day/shift display coming early Q1 2025.

We need to be able to print a detailed batch report at the end of each night. This is a basic pos function that for some reason seems to be missing within Clover. We need to have listed each transaction that makes up the batch total.

Maybe Clover can establish an intern model for their employee whereby they go and work in various Clover using clients (in store, cafes, restaurants, etc) and see how this all work (or does not work) and they will get a real work wake up call. Try closing out a drawers, consolidating cash, etc. Experience, and ask real questions of the business owners and leaders. Maybe then you will understand.

Thanks for your feedback. The closeout report is designed to show card transactions that will result in funds being settled to the merchants account. We have a comprehensive set of reporting features that can show a complete picture of the merchant's transactions, including cash, gift cards, custom tenders, etc. Is this reporting not sufficient?

Yes please improve the close out report. So you close the register at night. It needs to condensed and include the information you need to close the register like CASH, gift cards, refunds, returns tips all together so you are not taking number and adding them up out side the system.

1. First, we need close out reports. We need a proper reporting site that will send automated emails daily or weekly.
2. We need a register close report, which allows us to count the register to get the proper deposit amount at the end of the night.
3. We need a way to properly redeem rewards at the register, or to add them directly in the system via phone number. If Perka can't do that then we need a different option.
4. At the end of the night, we need to be able to enter the sales for all of our delivery apps (Postmates, Doordash, etc.). This should be a separate payment option that shows them as sales but with no cash or cards expected. This way we can properly track our total sales at the end of the night for the day.
