Deleted Order Reporting
Merchant would like to be able to view deleted orders and have a report he can pull for this.
This is now supported in production
ci to see if he could track and report a deleted order. He created an order and hit the delete button and went to reporting, items, removed items, printed and unprinted. The order was not there. I went through the process to remove individual items and then we checked the reporting page and it was there. He would like to be able to see when a complete order is created and then the delete button is tapped before payment is taken. I advised there is no workaround for this and he wanted to submit an enhancement request.

When deleting an order, the merchant would like to be able to add a note/reason for the deletion. The merchant would like the deleted orders to be included within end of day reports as well for tracking purposes
Merchant would like to be able to export a deleted items report with just the items that are deleted.

It is a BIG issue with Clover System, I have ask for this report on 3 occasions past year. To NO RESOLVE...
