Clover Dining App Restrict permission on employees to remove Additional Charges from an active order
In clover dining app there are no restrictions for employees to remove the automatic Additional Charges from an order. There should be a permission where Only admins are allowed to remove additional service charge or have manager/admin passcode approval to remove additional charges on dine-in sections only. There should be a permission approval.
Currently there is an Operational Loss when customer is paying cash, the employee gives the bill to the customer, and customer pays in cash, some servers/employees found a loophole to remove the auto gratuity service charge in the Clover Dining app since there are no restrictions in the employee's app to restrict removal of additional charges in Clover Dining and the server keeps the cash of the gratuity that belongs to the house. We need Clover to be more flexible with permission settings regarding who is authorized to perform certain actions. We’re currently facing an issue with the service charge: only the manager should be allowed to authorize its application, but Clover doesn’t currently support this functionality. Ideally, each server should be required to request a manager code, and only then should the service charge be authorized

Restaurant owners generally prefer that employees do not have access to adding service charges. Would it be possible to implement a permission that only allows managers to add any additional surcharges, using a passcode or a Manager card?
Setting are at 6 seat or more they charge 18% auto gratuity. (EXP 4 seat are dining and the server decides to add two more people just to bump the gratuity).
