Clover rewards program

We have been using the Clover rewards program for almost a year now. If a customer has a certain amount of points, say 1000 or more, and they decide to redeem a part or all, there is no option to do that. The option that is presently available is that they can only redeem 50 points out of the total. Eventually, with this method, they will keep accumulating more points without being able to benefit from it. Hence, implementing a feature that allows the customer to redeem part or all of their points at their discretion would be practical and user-friendly.

Also, sometimes, the system offers more points than what that particular transaction is entitled to.

    Merchant Inquiry: We would like customers who have accumulated over a 1000 points or more to have the choice to redeem all their points or part of ( an amount that they choose) aside from points only being redeemable based on the rewards perk/item.
