INVOICING UPDATE—REVAMP!?
Clover… do you read these complaints? Why is the most liked invoicing concern still under review? I voiced my concern over a year ago—along with numerous other business owners—and nothing has changed.
I own a boutique, and like many retailers, I rarely sell just one item. We need a true itemized invoicing option that allows multiple products to be listed individually. On top of that, there’s still no proper shipping option—and since taxes can’t be applied to shipping, the current workaround looks unprofessional and creates accounting headaches. It should not be this complicated.
Clover, your invoicing system is far behind other POS platforms. Simply type “invoicing” into your own search bar and you’ll see how many users have been asking for this for years. It’s time to revamp your invoicing system for retailers. Your customers are telling you what’s needed—please start listening.
